She is dedicated to fostering lasting relationships with both owners and tenants, always striving to provide the highest level of service. Emma is not only a valued leader in the industry but also a dedicated family woman, finding inspiration in her time spent with loved ones and her toddler. If you would like to take advantage of real estate opportunities in your area, the first step is to provide the Stage One application and payment so Charlton can prepare a local Co-Owner business plan.
The Co-Owner business plan will include a small number of existing properties (30-50) for you to kick-start your small business ownership while you are under non-compete and non-solicitation from your current employment contract.
